Technical Specifications

Description Method Specifications
Material dimensions Imprimax 1.00 x 125 m
Liner Weight Imprimax 142g/m²
Face Film Thickness Imprimax 0.55 mm

Main use

Product designed for converting labels and stickers printed with UV inks. Suitable for application to rigid plastic containers and glass, and may also be used on other substrates, subject to prior testing. Performs well in high-speed die-cutting and kiss-cutting systems using flat, rotary, or magnetic dies.

Recommendations

Apply to a smooth, clean surface using isopropyl alcohol to avoid contact with contaminants, oils, grease, dust or any chemicals that could inhibit the self-adhesive backing; Install immediately after removing the liner (paper) and press the material against the substrate for optimal adhesive performance; After application, avoid harsh products and constant friction; For removal, we recommend peeling the material at a 90° angle in a location away from direct sunlight and with the temperature controlled.

Ideal Storage Conditions

The product must be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a maximum temperature of 30°C and relative humidity of up to 70%, away from sunlight and moisture.
