Polyester®
Polyester is a product line for visual communications, featuring metallic colors and a polyester film face. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, it has a pressure-sensitive permanent adhesive and a silicone-coated paper liner.
Product Composition
Face film: Polyester film
Adhesive: Permanent, water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (Non-toxic)
Liner “protective paper”: Silicone-coated coated paper.
Expected Durability
For horizontal applications, expected durability may be reduced by approximately 20%, depending on the installation technique and maintenance. This expected lifespan may be shorter or longer. Carry out preliminary application tests to assess removability and adhesion on the intended surface.

Main use
Identification labels, product labels, tags, excellent chemical, weather and UV resistance, and excellent thermal and physical resistance. Suitable for thermal/ribbon printing systems; flexographic, letterpress and gravure printing systems; glass and transparent sheet covering; interior decoration; among other uses.
Recommendations
Apply to a smooth, flat surface that has been cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to prevent contact with contaminants, oils, grease, dust, or any chemicals that may inhibit adhesion. Install immediately after removing the liner (paper), and press the material against the substrate for optimal adhesive performance. After application, avoid harsh products and constant friction. To remove, peel the material back at a 90° angle in a climate-controlled location away from direct sunlight.
Ideal Storage Conditions
The product must be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a maximum temperature of 30°C and relative humidity of up to 70%, away from sunlight and moisture.

Starting May 2, 2023, Imprimax introduced improvements to its manufacturing process, extending the product's shelf life from 12 to 24 months, provided the recommended storage guidelines listed above are followed.
