Gold Matte®
Gold Matte is a product line for automotive wrapping, featuring technology developed to make application and handling easier. Available in a variety of colors, with a 80-micron calendered polymeric vinyl face film, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, with a pressure-sensitive repositionable adhesive and a siliconized paper liner.
Product Composition
Calendered Gold Polymeric PVC face stock, 80 microns (0.08).
Note: The opacity of PVC film may vary and should be taken into consideration during installation. Adhesive: Water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive repositionable adhesive (non-toxic).
Liner “protective paper”: 140 g/m² silicone-coated couche paper.
Surface protection film to prevent scuffs and scratches.
Expected Durability
For horizontal applications, expected durability may be reduced by approximately 20%, depending on the installation technique and maintenance. This expected lifespan may be shorter or longer. Carry out preliminary application tests to assess removability and adhesion on the intended surface.

Recommendations
Apply to a previously cleaned, smooth, flat surface using isopropyl alcohol, avoiding contact with contaminants, oils, grease, dust, or any chemicals that may inhibit adhesion; Install immediately after removing the liner (paper) and press the material against the substrate for best adhesive performance; After application, avoid harsh products and constant friction; The protective film (liner) on the surface of the material is only intended to prevent marks and spatula scratches during transport. It must be removed before finishing and final heating during installation. To ensure the material remains stable on the surface, remove the film before finishing and final heating. Do not expose it to temperatures above 70°C, as this may make the protective film difficult to remove; The film must be removed before any printing or electronic cutting process. For removal, we recommend peeling the material at a 90° angle in a shaded, temperature-controlled area.
Ideal Storage Conditions
The product must be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a maximum temperature of 30°C and relative humidity of up to 70%, away from sunlight and moisture.
