    There's no need to break the wall to install our decorative films. They're designed to be applied directly to existing surfaces, making installation simpler and eliminating the need for construction work.

  • What should the application surface be like?

    The application surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust or dirt to ensure proper adhesion. Make sure the surface is smooth for the best results.

  • What Are Decorative Stickers Made Of?

    Our decorative stickers are made from high-quality, durable, textured PVC that faithfully reproduces the look of wood, stone, metal and other natural materials.

  • Are decorative films textured?

    Yes, DecorMax Line decorative films are textured to provide a more realistic, tactile appearance, similar to the natural materials they imitate.

  • What Is Material Lamination For?

    Lamination adds gloss and protects decorative adhesive film from wear, stains, and damage. It helps extend the film's lifespan and makes it easier to clean.

  • Can I apply it over tiles?

    Yes, you can apply our decorative films to tiles. Make sure the surface is smooth and clean, including the grout, as it can easily collect residue. Depending on the pattern, the grout lines may show through.

  • Can I apply it near stoves or cooktops?

    Yes, decorative films can withstand heat up to 70°C when kept at least 30 cm away, meaning they can be safely applied near stoves or cooktops. However, avoid direct contact with flames.

  • Is the material mold-resistant?

    Yes, our materials are mold-resistant and antibacterial, helping create a more hygienic environment. They are also classified as fire-retardant, making applications safer.

  • Can I remove the decorative adhesive without damaging the original surface?

    Yes, our decorative films are designed to be removed without leaving residue or damaging the original surface. However, we recommend following the proper removal instructions for the best results.

Gold Palha
is a decorative product line available in a variety of colors. It features a calendered polymeric vinyl face stock, is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, and comes with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and a silicone-coated paper liner. Resistant to household cleaning products.


Product Composition

Face film: Calendered Gold Polymeric PVC

Adhesive: Permanent, pressure-sensitive aqueous acrylic adhesive (non-toxic).

Expected Durability After Application

For horizontal applications, expected durability may be reduced by approximately 20%, depending on the installation technique and maintenance. This expected lifespan may be shorter or longer. Carry out preliminary application tests to assess removability and adhesion on the intended surface.

Main use

Visual communications in general; interior decoration; wall, ceiling, door, appliance and furniture coverings; interior and exterior boat decoration; vehicle panel details; façades; wall stickers; among others.

Recommendations

Apply to a clean, smooth, flat surface using isopropyl alcohol, avoiding contact with contaminants, oil, grease, dust or any chemicals that could impair the adhesive’s bond. Install immediately after removing the liner (release paper) and press the material against the substrate for optimal adhesive performance. After application, avoid harsh products and continuous friction. To remove, we recommend peeling the material back at a 90° angle in a shaded, climate-controlled area. For use in humid environments (shower enclosures, powder rooms, sinks or other areas).


When starting a finish with a utility knife or any other cutting tool, we recommend folding the material used to lock it in place and ensure the best performance. We do not recommend flush-cut finishes.



Ideal Storage Conditions

The product must be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a maximum temperature of 30°C and relative humidity of up to 70%, away from sunlight and moisture.


Important:

Starting May 2, 2023, Imprimax introduced improvements to its manufacturing process, extending the product's shelf life from 12 to 24 months, provided the recommended storage guidelines listed above are followed.
