Decorative Frosted®
Decorative Frosted
is a product line for vehicle wrapping, featuring technology developed to make the product easier to apply and handle, allowing small air bubbles formed during installation to be easily removed from various types of panels or vehicle fleets, for fast and safe application. Available in solid, pearlescent and metallic colors, with a 120-micron calendered polymeric vinyl face, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, with a pressure-sensitive repositionable adhesive and 140 g/m² silicone-coated paper liner.
Product Composition
120-micron (0.12) calendered Gold polymeric PVC face film.
Note: The opacity of the PVC film may vary and should be taken into account when installed. Adhesive: Repositionable, pressure-sensitive water-based acrylic adhesive (non-toxic).
Liner “protective paper”: 140 g/m² silicone-coated paper
Expected Durability
For horizontal applications, expected durability may be reduced by approximately 20%, depending on the installation technique and maintenance. This expected lifespan may be shorter or longer. Carry out preliminary application tests to assess removability and adhesion on the intended surface.

Recommendations
Apply to a smooth, flat surface that has been cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to prevent contact with contaminants, oils, grease, dust, or any chemicals that may inhibit adhesion. Install immediately after removing the liner (paper), and press the material against the substrate for optimal adhesive performance. After application, avoid harsh products and constant friction. To remove, peel the material back at a 90° angle in a climate-controlled location away from direct sunlight.
Ideal Storage Conditions
The product must be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a maximum temperature of 30°C and relative humidity of up to 70%, away from sunlight and moisture.
